OT PHP Assistant Developer Sought

Ive got this web application project that's become too large for me, and i need someone to help me with it either, ongoing, or as a summer project, maybe suiting a cs student. The client is based in Manawatu, so (while its not imperative) some advantage would be had if this person is Massey/Palmerson Nth based. The work is all open source; HTML/PHP/MYSQL but familiarity with LINUX and some of GD/IMAGEMAGIK, PDFLIB, MAPSERVER/FOSSGIS would be ideal. Im willing to help the right person along a bit, but a high degree of commitment is required.
