Has anyone experienced running into CMS ERROR: 302 in using SMS modem?
We have an SMS gateway for Nagios, and it is spewing out errors and I
am not sure what does "Operation not permitted" mean. Any ideas?

The modem isn't allowing the program to set the message format for some
reason. You'll probably want to look at the manual for the modem and see
what that says. I would try opening a terminal session with the modem
and entering the AT commands manually.

Thanks, Hads.

I've been trying to communicate with the modem using minicom, but it
just won't respond to any command even though the status says it is
online. Am I missing something?
