seriously though, i wonder which jurisdiction this falls under.
"unauthorised access to a computer device" is a law in some countries i
believe. here? or the US?

Whois the IP, notify the holder of their netblock... Responsible ISPs will want to see that traffix nixed real fast.

Nobody cares. Drop them as close to the edge of the network as
possible, and forget it.

If you think that the IP address they are coming from might be owned
by a responsible parent, report it to them once, and then forget it.
