i have recently put together a mailing list for a Free University I am
associated with.

i'm having some problems though, namely:
the messages only reflect to subscribers if the 'subject' field is
empty
the archives do not contain anything, despite me having sent some
messages. if i check out
/var/lib/mailman/archives/public/discussion/2011-October-txt there is
content though, messages i sent earlier

i wonder if it is a permissions problem

does anyone have suggestions what i might have done wrong?

cheers,

Hi Robin,

There's too little info in your message to give you meaningful hints.
Happy to give you a hand but that might be easiest via Skype or so -
contact me off list.

cheers,
Jan
