OT: .com.au domain registrar?

Apologies for the OT post.

I'm looking for a decent .com.au registrar -- I have memories of
MelbourneIT being involved in re-registration scams in the past, and
they certainly seem to have a very wide-ranging ownership of
registrars ...

So any experiences would be welcome.
